How to trade with us

Complete the online application form to register your details and request the month/s you wish to trade
The Organising Committee will review your application
If you are accepted you will be asked to provide insurance details and a risk assessment
You will then be asked to pay for the month/s that you wish to trade. Please don’t make a payment until we confirm the requested dates.
A week before each market, receive an email stating your location and arrival time
Turn up at the market/s!

2025 market bookings open on the Saturday 8th February 2025 for all trader types.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations at least 7 days prior to a market receive a full refund or can be rolled over to another market. Cancellations less than 14 days prior are not refundable.

If the organisers cancel a market a full refund for affected traders is automatic. In bad weather the indoor venues will still trade.
